The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is excellent and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to our needs. The breakfast variety was great and we also appreciated the easy parking. this hotel is a good value for money.

The staff was friendly and attentive, which made my Christmas stay enjoyable. , the mountain view from the poolside was breathtaking, and the restaurant offered delicious meals. The room was spacious and cozy, with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom.
My Christmas experience was not entirely pleasant. The hotel lacked Christmas decorations and festive cheer, which I found disappointing.

The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, providing a great retreat after a busy day exploring the city. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a good start to the day. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The staff was not always attentive to guest needs, as we had to request towels several times at the pool. the noise level was also a bit high due to events and a crowded elevator, which made it difficult to relax at times.

We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff at this luxurious hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The size of the room was impressive, with a big bed that easily accommodated three people. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. We were lucky to have a room with a beautiful view of the mountains. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop pool, which we absolutely loved. We wish we could have tried it! The cafe restaurant and parking area were also clean and well-maintained. The front office staff were always quick to respond to our needs and made sure we were satisfied. The room cleaning staff were also very responsive and had a nice personality. we were highly satisfied with the services provided.
We would definitely recommend this place to others.
